Journal Grade Requirements - Checking Wednesday (Time Permitting) or Thursday

1.  Table of Contents Complete including:

• date in right hand margin
• entry with page number
• grade in left hand margin

2.  All pages must have:

• date on the line in the upper right hand margin
• Title on the line in the center of the top line as written in the Table of Contents
• Line skipped between Title and any work done below (if a halfsheet is glued in under the the title this does not apply)

3.  All entries match the Table of Contents.
