Homework: 6 Chemical Reactions (Due Wednesday October 22, 2014)

Examples of what your index cards should look like.

Each of the six index cards should have the following:
1.  The type of chemical reaction (change) see notes on p. 65 in journal (1pt)
2.  An illustration (before) and an illustration (after) - CAN BE DRAWN or printed and glued but
     must be colored either method used. 2 illustrations (2pts)
3.  In complete sentence(s), description of the evidence(s) of this chemical change.  Again see notes
    on p. 65 in journal. (1pt)

Each card is worth 4 pts for a total of 24 pts.  If you have all 24 pts., you have earned a 100.
